Life Without Defensiveness In The Workplace programme will:

- Show you how to recognise signs of defensive behaviour
- Provide you with the tools, ways and procedures to make positive changes in your relationships (not only in the workplace)

We recommend 2 full-day training sessions with 12 – 20 participants. The format in terms of duration and number of participants will be subject to mutual agreement.
